Delivery

OTD Furniture uses an economy door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa. Our courier service offers delivery from Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm.

We deliver to all major cities such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, George.
Please contact us to arrange deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Weekend or after-hour deliveries may be offered on special request at a surcharge.

Returns

You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition.  No returns will be accepted for any products that is not sufficiently packaged, regardless the reason for return.  Once we are satisfied of the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.
