They advertise 30% off on first purchase if you subscribe to the new letter. Upon checkout it doe not work. When I contacted them they say its only for mirrors. Nowhere is it advertised like that.
When questioned, they simply ignore your emails. STAY AWAY. They are misleading clients!

Received our mirror within the indicated lead time. Communication on when we'd likely receive our mirror would've been welcomed after passing the 10 day mark. There were no wall fastners included in the delivery package for mounting against the wall?

I highly recommend OTD furniture. What a superb experience! I enquired about a custom version of the Jupiter oak mirror (wanted it to be wall mountable) and their response was incredibly quick, offerring to add french cleats for the wall mounting. They even charged me at the sale price that was running at the time, even though this was a custom order. Custom orders usually take 10 to 14 days, but when I asked on day 7 if it would be possible for me to have it by day 10 they worked extra hard to help me get it in time and delivery was made on day 9 already. Excellent customer survice! The result is a beautiful mirror that is perfect for our space. Excellent quality.
