They advertise 30% off on first purchase if you subscribe to the new letter. Upon checkout it doe not work. When I contacted them they say its only for mirrors. Nowhere is it advertised like that.

When questioned, they simply ignore your emails. STAY AWAY. They are misleading clients!

Based on you comment below: Nowhere were I disrespectful, I asked you to confirm that you mislead me, and then you refused to. I'm happy to share the email and whatsapp chain. You refused to acknowledge your mistake and choice to ignore me. Please dont make it out as if I was disrespectful.

I will take this to the consumer board, as you've since all of a sudden removed the product.

You should truly be ashamed of you behavior. Not only unethical, but blaten lies to cover your false advertisement.

Received our mirror within the indicated lead time. Communication on when we'd likely receive our mirror would've been welcomed after passing the 10 day mark. There were no wall fastners included in the delivery package for mounting against the wall?

Honestly the mirror I purchased was exactly as advertised! Its solid wood and absolutely beautiful! It was packaged well to protect the unit and delivered within 3 weeks of ordering, as stated on the website. I am very happy with my purchase and will use OTD Furniture again!

I highly recommend OTD furniture. What a superb experience! I enquired about a custom version of the Jupiter oak mirror (wanted it to be wall mountable) and their response was incredibly quick, offerring to add french cleats for the wall mounting. They even charged me at the sale price that was running at the time, even though this was a custom order. Custom orders usually take 10 to 14 days, but when I asked on day 7 if it would be possible for me to have it by day 10 they worked extra hard to help me get it in time and delivery was made on day 9 already. Excellent customer survice! The result is a beautiful mirror that is perfect for our space. Excellent quality.

I was pretty sceptical as you just never know with online shops. I called them and was pleasantly surprised by their amazing service. They confirmed stock pretty much straight away, advised on delivery.

I ordered and made payment the Wednesday morning and the mirror arrived by Thursday. And the mirror is exactly as described.

I would absolutely recommend this company.

Firstly, my compliments on great service. It has been a very long time since I dealt with a company whose service is beyond my expectations.

My mirror arrived yesterday, and WOW WOW WOW. It really is beautifully crafted and I noticed small finer details that make it a very unexpected gorgeous piece of decor for my guest bedroom.

Regarding service, your online sales lady was excellent and the mirror was delivered promptly and in really excellent packaging, something a lot of SA companies have no knowledge of and wonder why items get broken in transit.
